Since we are primarily offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within the duration mentioned on the product listing. As 3rd party products are listed on the store, some vendors offer trial periods thus refunds are not offered by them. Same goes as hardware products which can not be refunded due to the utility of the product. Majority of vendors do offer refund policy however whatever refund policy is mentioned on the vendor store supersedes the information mentioned here .

Before you request a refund, you must do the following:

  • Read the extensive documentation related to the item you purchased.
  • Confirm that you understand how the product works , as lack of understanding may not be a valid reason for a refund.
  • Open a new support ticket with our support team if you are facing issue even after going through the above two points.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.

Deductions in Refund Amount

Due to the nature of blockchain payments, on any refund the payment processor will deduct network fee plus 5% (Payment processor fee). Network fees vary as per the blockchain used to send the payment, they can be from $3-$5 under normal circumstance and can be more if network is congested.
